I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, which was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. However, the service was a mixed bag, with a few rude staff interactions, and it was disappointing that the room wasn't serviced unless we stayed for more than eight days. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money despite a few hiccups.
